Plow under this wasteful farm bill

"Small farmers and family operations aren't the real beneficiaries of this $300 billion boondoggle. The Council for Citizens Against Government Waste estimates 60 percent of the subsidies will go to the wealthiest 10 percent of recipients. How wealthy? The White House proposed capping direct payments to farmers who make more than $200,000 in adjusted gross income, down from the current $2.5 million. Under the bill Congress is poised to pass, farmers who earn $950,000 would still receive a full subsidy."
